Columbine Hearing Care is proud to be one of the founding members of a non-profit organization
called Hearing the Call – Colorado. Our mission is to make sure that quality hearing healthcare is available to all of our neighbors. Along with 5 other Colorado audiology clinics, Brenda and I have been fortunate enough to serve more than 100 people. Our patients, who meet income qualifications, receive donated hearing aids and follow-up care through our practices. Here’s a picture of one of our recent recipients (there’s a huge smile underneath her mask!). If you’d like to be a part of serving our community there are a couple of ways you can help:
1. Donate your old hearing aids. We take any and all hearing aids. If they are in good working order, we have them reconditioned and fit them on our Hearing the Call patients. If they are very old, we send them in and receive salvage credit which we use for supplies and ear molds.
2. As with all non-profits, we can always use financial donations and you can do so by clicking here.
3. If you know someone who has hearing loss but can’t afford hearing aids, please tell them about this option. They can learn more and complete an application at our website: hearingthecall.org/colorado
As a patient of our practice, you are already serving our community!
For every hearing aid purchased through our clinic, we donate $10 to Hearing the Call – Colorado. And for every person our current patients refer to us, who decides to pursue treatment at Columbine Hearing Care, we donate $100! So you are truly serving our community simply by being a valued patient of our practice!
